The people of Nuba are strong and have come back fighting – not with guns and munitions, but with plans to rebuild the school. A new site has been found close to the Nuba mountains. Near the riverbed and a bore hole for water, it’s location surrounded by trees will be ideal for the students to study underneath.
We are ready to rebuild the secondary school – due to open in February 2019 with two classes of sixty students. Bricks are being made and drying in the sun, while local building materials are being collected. Local tribes are working together and everyone is collaborating to make this rebuild project a success.
